Russia also is very strict online gambling regulations. Russian law prohibits all online gambling and makes no exceptions. The Israel gambling law does not refer specifically to online gambling that are prohibited, The Attorney General ordered all online gambling operations, to close their businesses and at the same time and they made the credit card companies to end working with online gambling websites.
